Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager, the Internal Sales and Dealer Support role will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to Hills SVL customers including answering telephone enquiries, providing technical advice and completing various types of sales based transactions.

Position: Brand Manager- Herma Technologies
Location: Preston, VIC

Herma Technologies has recently become a part of the Hills SVL group of companies and we are looking for an experienced, professional and customer focussed Brand Manager to join our Preston team, VIC location.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical knowledge in projection, projection screens and AV control systems in the commercial and residential industries, experience in marketing, training and impressive communication skills. Reporting directly to the General Manager- Herma Technologies, the position of Brand Manager- Herma Technologies will be responsible for the sales, development and support of the brand within Australia and New Zealand. They will provide product support, product resources, design support and general sales direction to the Herma/Hills Sound Vision and Lighting team as they promote the full range of Herma Technologies products.

Position: SVL Repair Technician

Reporting directly to the Technical Services & Logistics Manager, the Repair Technician will be required to troubleshoot and repair products from our various product lines. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in servicing professional AV equipment and understand the importance of excellent customer service and attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager- VIC, the position of SVL Audio Sales and Design will be responsible for the service and support of selected Hills SVL Dealers and customers in Victoria. The role also undertakes routine sales administration functions including clerical support as required. The successful candidate will also be involved in front line service in conjunction with the technical support team as required.
